This project consisted of the following:
- Designing and implementing capacity building on planning/monitoring, reporting, youth engagement, and gender-sensitive planning/budgeting
- Delivering participatory training and coaching to up to 18 municipal officials (6 per municipality)
- Conducting 6 days of training (2 per municipality)
- Providing 9 days of on-the-job coaching support
- Organising 3 co-design workshops to address youth challenges
- Offering 3 days of training to youth groups on job application skills
- Coaching officials on designing 3 Quick Impact Projects
- Preparing and submitting the final report
