  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

GCDA is registered in the Republic of Kosovo and operates in accordance with applicable Kosovo legislation. These Terms of Use are likewise governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Use, or any legal claim brought against GCDA, shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent administrative, executive, and judicial authorities in Kosovo.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, unenforceable, or void under applicable Kosovo law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By using our website, you acknowledge and fully agree that you are personally responsible and liable for your conduct while accessing and interacting with our site. You agree to indemnify and hold GCDA harmless from any damages, including attorney’s fees that arise directly or indirectly as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use.
